imperio openingThe Portuguese Heritage Society of California will host its annual Dia de Portugal Festival (Festa, in Portuguese) celebration on Saturday, June 14th, 2008. The festival will be held at History Park San Jose (Kelley Park). An afternoon parade will serve as a midday highlight. Dancing and musical entertainment, cooking demonstrations, children’s activities, and more can be enjoyed throughout the day. Taste a delicious variety of Portuguese food, enjoy our mid-day parade and view the latest exhibits in the Portuguese Museum, one of the largest museums dedicated to telling the story of the Portuguese–American experience in our country!
